So DD is 8 month's old in a few day's and i was wondering if it would be alright to introduce some yoghurt to her at a lunch time. Not sure on what kind though, im thinking the natural yoghurt ??? Also at this age is it alright to put uncooked pureed fruit into the yoghurt for a bit of taste??? Or should it be cooked ??? I dont know !!!!! And can i freeze it ???? Thanks for any help girl's, i know im annoying so many question's but i just get conflicting advice all the time.
